Role overview

You will build and optimize CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and deployment patterns that enable teams to ship reliably and securely.

Education & level

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

  • 2+ years in DevOps / platform engineering
  • Hands-on CI/CD and IaC experience
  • Strong collaboration skills with developers and ops

What success looks like

You improve delivery speed without compromising quality: repeatable pipelines, stable environments, and high visibility across deployments.

  • CI/CD pipelines are standardized and reusable
  • Environments are reproducible via IaC
  • Release processes are observable and auditable

Key responsibilities

You will drive automation across delivery and infrastructure:

  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.)
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning with Terraform and configuration management
  • Implement container build/release processes and artifact management
  • Improve deployment patterns (blue/green, canary) and rollback strategies
  • Partner with teams to improve developer experience and platform standards

Required skills

You bring solid automation and delivery expertise:

  • CI/CD design, pipeline security, and release automation
  • Infrastructure-as-code and GitOps practices
  • Containers (Docker) and orchestration basics (Kubernetes preferred)
  • Secrets management and environment configuration
  • Strong debugging, root-cause analysis, and documentation
